Thanks to the 40 V rechargeable battery, this hedge trimmer is significantly more powerful than the usual 18 V and 24 V models. The EHT 5540 Li is a cordless hedge trimmer which ensure maximum freedom of movement. With a cutting length of 55 cm and a no-load speed of 1400 rpm, it offers high cutting performance. Thanks to ergonomic handles, a two-hand safety circuit and a guide bar clamp made of aluminium, it is the ideal partner for gardening work. The EHT 5540 Li has a blade quick stop with anti-blocking function, which enables uninterrupted cutting. It can be fitted with the Mowox 40 V system rechargeable battery (2.5 Ah or 4.0 Ah) (not included).
